确认是否需要审核步骤
1.在卖家后台，单击“库存”并选择“添加新商品”；
2.在搜索框输入想要销售的产品，查看产品旁边的是否出现了“商品发布限制”字样和“请求批准”按钮；
3.单击“请求批准”按钮即可开始申请流程，也可以了解需要提交的资料。

二，产品包装图
-An Image of the product and product package meeting the requirements mentioned below.
• Contain name of the manufacturer.
• Include product, trademark, or model number.
• Must include all sides of the packaging.
• Include a live photo of the product you are trying to sell, rather than a computer generated version.
1.是实际照片，而不是电脑生成的图片（可以用手机拍，不要经过ps）
2.清晰展示商品或其包装的所有面（拍包装图6面图+ 产品面所有图，放PDF提交）
3.包含款式编号、商品名称或两者（包装上要有Model Number: XXX; Product name: XXX 字样）
4.包含企业或制造商的名称和实体营业地点（包装上要有供应商名称和地址，需和发票/证书的一致；要有你注册账号的公司名称和地址，和亚马逊后台一致）
5.重要信息必须以商品所售国家/地区的本地语言呈现（美英站-包装语言上需为英文）
包装图过不了的细节点
Amazon化妆品相关政策：
1.化妆品必须采用英语贴标，必须明确显示制造商或分销商在包装上贴示的代码，比如矩阵码、批号或序列号并包含以下信息：
*商品的名称
*商品的目的或用途
*化妆品的含量
*成分列表
*制造商、包装商或分销商的名称和地址
（地址必须说明街道地址，城市，州和邮政编码。如果经销商不是制造商或包装商，则必须在标签上注明限定短语“为……制造”或“由…分发”或类似的适当措辞。Manufactured for ……” or “Distributed by ……）
*任何必要的标签警告

三，发票
If you are a re-seller/distributor, please provide us with at least 1 manufacture issued invoice (Invoice/Sales Invoice) that shows a purchase of 10 or more Topicals products and must meet the requirements outlined below.
• Invoices must be dated within the last 180 days or reflect the delivery or purchase of products within the last 180 days.
• All documents must be valid and unexpired.
• All documents must be clear and legible. No information other than pricing may be redacted.
• All documents must include your name and address, as listed within your selling account.
• All documents must include the issuer’s name and contact information (e.g., phone number, address, e-mail, website, etc.).
可接受的发票类型
增值税专用发票,增值税普通发票和通用机打发票都可以被接受，只是发票中必须包含：发票号码，发票代码，开票日期，验证码，购买方纳税人识别号 （卖家），销售方纳税人识别号，产品名称，供应商的名称及地址等联系方式和至少10件的组合购买数量。
发票注意点
四，证明文件:选择其中一种即可
Option #1 Certificate of Analysis (COA)
• Manufacturer name and address Information
• Dated within the last 240 days
• Lot number
• Include signature from the supplie
Option #2 Proof of FDA registration / FDA Orange Book Application Number:
• Must be a screenshot of the FDA website
•Must contain name and address of the manufacturer. If you, the seller, is the manufacturer, the name must match the business name in your Seller Central account and the address must match one of the addresses in your account.
• Must include a registration number
• Must state that the FDA registration is “Valid” on the screenshot
• If you submit an FDA orange book application number, the company name must match the Legal Business Name in Seller Central.
（是FDA网站中的屏幕完整截图，不是直接提交FDA Certificate，且需声明屏幕截图上的 FDA 注册证书“有效”或“在售”，必须包含制造商的名称，地址及注册编号）
Option #3 Certification of Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices:
• Include the manufacturer’s information
• Registration number, certification date, and expiry date.
• Expiration date must not be in the past.
（ 必须包含制造商名称和地址，且须由第三方检验服务出具，包含相应的美国或国际标准参考，有注册号、认证日期及其有效性；有效期不能为过去的日期）（这项文件一般有资质的供应商都可以提供，我是使用这个文件通过的，没必要非用FDA）
Option #4 510 (K) Premarket Notification:
• Must be a screenshot from the FDA website.
• Must contain name and address of manufacturer.
• Product must be approved for sale.
